CANCELLATION - RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Through www.harima.gr, a consumer can become a member of the Hellenic Association of Risk Managers by paying the corresponding annual subscription fee, participate in the Training activities of the Association by paying the relevant cost and fee, and finally, also take part in Conferences/Congresses, One-Day Conferences and other activities of the Association by paying the relevant cost.

Since only services are provided, there are not any delivery or defect issues.

There is not any provision for cancellation and a money refund to be issued by the Association, in case the purchase refers to the annual subscription fee of a Member, as well as participation in Conferences/Congresses, One-Day Conferences, and other activities of the Association, with the exception of Training.

Cancellation of participation in Training activities of the Association

In case a consumer, after buying a participation in a training activity, requests cancellation and money refund, they should first contact the member services department at subscriptions@harima.gr and send a relevant email message, in which, the details of the training activity will be analytically listed, as well as the reason of the cancellation.  The following shall be provided for by the Association:

  • 100% money refund if a written notification (email message) about the cancellation is given 30 days before the commencement of the training activity.
  • 70% money refund if a written notification (email message) about the cancellation is given 15 days before the commencement of the training activity.
  • 50% money refund if a written notification (email message) about the cancellation is given 5 days before the commencement of the training activity.

After that, the consumer shall receive an email message that the money refund is considered valid.  The refund process can take up to 30 days, and the money refund method shall be the same with the payment method for the money paid for the participation.  If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact subscriptions@harima.gr and we will take care to resolve it as soon as possible.
